To celebrate the transformation of the Fox & Hounds in Haywards Heath, Ember Pub & Dining is giving four lucky readers the chance to win a £25 voucher to spend on food from its award-winning menu.

 

Ember Pub & Dining is a new pub brand from Ember, which offers gastro quality food at affordable prices alongside a range of seasonal cask ales, with at least five on offer at any one time. 

 

The menu, which recently won Best Branded Pub Restaurant in this yearâ??s Midas Menu Innovation and Development Awards, offers a wealth of traditional pub dishes with a modern twist.   Starters include Severn and Wye Valley oak smoked salmon while traditional pub classics such as beer-battered line caught cod and thick cut chips served with a minted pea puree are amongst the main course dishes.
